Produits revendiqués et Appellations d’Origine Contrôlée (AOC) à Taïwan

Lorsque les produits désignés dans une demande de marque à Taïwan sont des Appellations d’Origine Contrôlée, l’office des marques (TIPO) requiert que lui soit transmis l’agrément certifiant que les produits exploités par le déposant bénéficient bien de l’Appellation d’Origine contrôlée revendiquée.
